Good Developments Group, Vault Partners and The Millstone Company have combined efforts to redevelop an industrial section of St. Louis along the Mississippi River just south of the iconic Gateway Arch. Located in the center of the St. Louis metropolitan center, the foundation of on St. Louis’ history in manufacturing and construction innovation – which includes an innovate pilot program using modular construction named Operation Breakthrough. Key components of the project include repurposing of historic factory structures along with built to suit manufacturing space to create a construction innovation center.
